Who orders the reports, and where do you order them from?
Clients order their own reports. When a client orders their own reports, they don’t suffer a hit on their score. Your clients must order the reports. Most companies have the client sign up for Credit monitoring, and then they ask the client for their login details and security word.
What Negative Items Are You Able to Remove?
We dispute and work to remove a wide range of negative accounts including:
Collections, Inquiries, Charge-Offs, Repossession, Late Payments, Medical Debt, Bankruptcies, Child Support Reporting & more.
Every report is unique, so results vary, but we target every eligible item strategically.
What Is An Authorized User Tradeline?
• A tradeline is any account that appears on your credit report. Different types of tradelines include mortgages, auto loans, student loans, furniture loans, jewelry loans, installment loans, and of course, credit cards of all types.
• With an authorized user (AU) tradeline, you are added as an authorized user to someone else’s account, which means you are not responsible for charges made, but the account can still be added to your credit report.
• We sell authorized user tradelines, which means you can pay to become an authorized user on someone else’s credit card. This account will then appear on your credit report showing your authorized user status.

How Long Does It Take To See Results?
Results vary based on your unique credit profile, but most clients begin seeing noticeable improvements within 30 to 90 days. Some accounts may be updated or removed sooner, while more complex cases can take several months.
How Long Does it Take to Fix My Credit?
Please allow 2 business days after all information has been received for us to review and mail your disputes out to the 3 consumer reporting agencies. Once they are delivered to them, processing time starts!

What payment methods do you accept for an AU Tradeline order?
You use store credit to buy tradelines, we can process your orders immediately allowing the purchase of tradelines to report in as little as 7 days. We will email you our Zelle and wiring instructions that you can use with your bank. Please send your funds within 24 hours of selecting AU Tradeline to ensure you have a good chance of receiving your selected AU Tradeline. Unused store credit can be refunded anytime.
How do I request a refund if an AU tradeline does not post?
Purchase the tradeline by the stated purchase deadline.
Report any non-posting in writing to [email protected] by providing your credit monitoring credentials, or credit reports, within 21 days of the first scheduled reporting date.
Before Requesting a Refund:
Most credit monitoring services update monthly, and it is common for credit reports to be outdated. Before contacting us, please ensure you are viewing a report that has been updated after the reporting period has ended.
